Margot & James is an online fashion store operated by Noorlich Ventures LLC, a Multi-Member LLC registered in the United States. Our store runs on the Shopify platform.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We send you an order confirmation email, but this does not constitute final acceptance. Your order is only accepted once it has been shipped and you receive a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, incorrect information, or stock issues. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@margotandjames.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been submitted for processing. If your order has already shipped, our standard Return & Refund Policy applies.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, but colors may vary depending on your screen settings. We do not guarantee that all product descriptions are completely free of errors. Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a clear pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you. We also reserve the right to limit sales of products to certain regions or individuals.

We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Diners Club, Shop Pay, JCB, UnionPay and ELO. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. By entering your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We never store your complete payment details on our servers. We are not responsible for any additional fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
