At Margot & James, we do our best to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and delivery.

Where We Ship

Margot & James currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

Free Shipping

Margot & James offers free shipping on all orders. No minimum order amount is required.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed before 6:00 PM (ET) Monday through Saturday will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM (ET) or on Sunday will begin processing the next available business day.

Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed before 6:00 PM (ET), Monday through Saturday, will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM (ET) or on Sunday will begin processing on the following Monday or next available business day.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 6 to 9 business days. In most cases, you can expect to receive your order within 7 to 11 business days from the date you placed your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details and tracking number. You can track your order at any time through our tracking page.

Damaged or Lost Package

Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival. If you receive a damaged package or believe your order has been lost during transit, please contact us at hello@margotandjames.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at hello@margotandjames.com. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
